Specimen No. 16: Tiny

Day Z017:
'Tiny' is one of the largest specimens I have yet recorded. Like Cain he seems intent on attempting to procreate. I find this disturbing in the sense that thus far all specimens have been uniformly male.

Specimen No. 15: Pancake

Day Z016:
This will not eat anything else unless it first be alive. Last night Charles and I manage to throw in a stray cat we discovered prowling around outside the laboratory. 'Pancake', today's specimen, was the first to attack the feral animal, remarkable as his body is similar to Horrible Henry's.

Specimen No. 14: Kurt

Day Z015:
Today we have finally run out of food with which to feed them. Again they have taken to attacking each other. Overnight today's specimen 'Kurt' lost his beak, revealing teeth remarkably human in aspect. Indeed, it is becoming ever more noticeable that the duckies are taking on certain human characteristics.

Specimen No. 13: Waldo

Day Z014:
The doctor has apparently abandoned the project just as it seems to be reaching the most interesting stage. The duckies are becoming more and more territorial. Today's sample for example, 'Waldo' is proving adept at climbing and hiding at the top of the cages. He is one of the few specimens that is able to use his wings. He must be watched...

Specimen No. 12: Fuse

Day Z013:
Another odd specimen today. 'Fuse' is unable to feed at all, at least not in the normal way. This quackling's beak is partly missing, and the remainder fused so tightly together he is barely able to consume the putrid adipose mixture we have managed to concoct from blended rat offal in the food mixer.
