The missing quacklings have not been found, which can mean only one thing, they are at large and a risk to the wider community. It is difficult to know what to do in such circumstances other than avoid the issue and plead ignorance. I have taken the liberty of renaming today's specimen Mad Charles, Cain. Hereafter Mad Charles shall be known as Cain (II).
