Specimen No. 11: Horrible Henry

Day Z012:
Today I document 'Horrible Henry'. This quackling makes the most disgusting noises when it feeds, no doubt as a result of being deprived of most of his lower body. He is able to separate and spit out bones, and would appear to be developing chewing tendencies. We are now almost out of rats, so voracious have the flesheating duckies become.

Specimen No. 10: Head

Day Z011:
Still no sign of the Doctor. One of the recent specimens would appear to have lost his head. Remarkably, 'Head' is still able to function automotively and independently. This suggest brain functionality is possible even if the head is completely severed from the body.

How to Survive Transformation?

Day Z010
In an attempt to collect a dirty dozen the doctor and I have stumbled upon this....

How to Survive Your Initial Transformation Into a Duckie Flesheater.

It would appear to be a guide of some sort... they are getting organized.

it's roughly 14 x 11 cm in size and 10 pages.
Examples of what can be found inside are as follows:

2. Once the pain subsides the necrosis will set in. Again don't be alarmed this is perfectly normal. Please avoid picking any forming scabs or excessively scratching as you may rip off more then you intended.

5. Your razor sharp beaks, and in some cases mutations resulting in mouths with full sets of teeth, are perfect tools for ripping the flesh from bones, so go ahead, dig right in...try to ignore the screaming, it will only last a few seconds; If it does get bothersome aim for the jugular first.

It is disturbing that they may be taking on human characteristics...

Specimen No. 9: Crusty

Day Z009:
Number 09: 'Crusty'. This quackling really does revolt me. He has no beak, and seems to suffer from some kind of skin icthyosis. His flesh is constantly cracked and dripping with foetid goo. No contact with Dr Chandler today. I am concerned.

Specimen No. 8: Damien

Day Z008:
Specimen 08 is nicknamed Damien. There is a strange sort of birthmark on his back, a kind of 666 encirclement that is quite unsettling. Have we created the devil in duckie undead form? We shall have to wait and see...

Specimen No. 7: Igor

Day Z007:
We are now a full week inside the experiment. The undead quacklings are ravenous, occasionally attacking each other, but for the most part they masticate the rats Dr Chandler provides. Specimen 07, 'Igor' in particular enjoys pecking at the rats' eyeballs, this despite the fact that his head is barely attached to his own body.
